4 cups mesclun (or other salad greens of your choosing), well-rinsed
1/4 cup reconstituted hiziki (soak 10 minutes in cold water, rinse, drain, add more water, boil 15 minutes, allow to cool )
1 cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup green apple, sliced
1/2 cup dried cherries
2 tablespoons walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped
1 medium tomato, sliced (optional)
Asian vinaigrette, to taste
Arrange mesclun on a beautiful plate. Top with other salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing.
