Deceptively Delicious Chocolate Cake
1 box of organic chocolate cake mix (we use Oetker)
1 cup of canned organic pumpkin puree
ΒΌ cup of water
2 Tbs safflower oil
2 large eggs
1 large egg white
6 oz plain, vanilla or other flavored yogurt (we use Wallaby vanilla)
Preheat to 350, coat 9 inch pan with spray, flour lightly.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, beat until smooth 1-2 minutes
Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Approximately 20-40 minutes.
