Deceptively Delicious Chocolate Cake
1 box of organic chocolate cake mix (we use Oetker)
1 cup of canned organic pumpkin puree
¼ cup of water
2 Tbs safflower oil
2 large eggs
1 large egg white
6 oz plain, vanilla or other flavored yogurt (we use Wallaby vanilla)
Preheat to 350, coat 9 inch pan with spray, flour lightly.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, beat until smooth 1-2 minutes
Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Approximately 20-40 minutes.

- Winter 2010: Bountiful Eating...Bountiful Life
Join the family cooking team of Dr. Lisa Belisle, husband Kevin Haley and daughter Sophie for a four session series on bountiful eating. Each session will introduce participants to a healthy, delicious dish, paired with an important life theme.
Come dressed to enjoy a brief outdoor excursion under the stars. Individuals who register for all four sessions will receive a Bountiful Journal, and a signed copy of Our Daily Tread.
