2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup canola, safflower or other high quality mild-tasting oil (try sesame oil if you're feeling adventuresome)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp tamari soy sauce
2 Tbsp barley malt, brown rice syrup or brown sugar
Place in a glass container. Cover. Shake well before using. Store in refrigerator.
